Product Return Policy
All returns or exchanges must be preapproved by our Returns Department and you must receive return authorization as well as instructions before shipping items back. If you would like to process a return, please contact us by phone at (626) 350- 8934 or through our Contact Page. Talk with us if you have any issues or concerns.
All shipments are under your jurisdiction. We do not pay for return shipping. If you have an issue with a product we will take care of the issue and see to it that it is corrected, but all shipping methods fall under the customer. A restocking fee may be applied for product returns and/or cancellations.
Software Return Policy.
We do not allow exchanges or refund on software unless it is defective at the time of purchase, and only interchangeable with the same exact product.
We will repair or replace any unit within the first 30 days of purchase if we determine it to be defective. If the unit cannot be repaired within 30 days of purchase, we will replace the unit. We must see the unit first to determine if the problem is covered under warranty. If you suspect a manufacturing defect, contact us by phone or through our online Contact Form.
If you notice any damage to your package when you receive it from the shipping center, please contact our customer services on our Contact Page, or by calling our number (626) 350- 8934.
Always inspect your package before signing. If damaged, make note on the delivery receipt or decline delivery.
Orders are individually approved and transmitted when you submit an order. Contact us as soon as possible to see about cancelling an order. Please note that if an item has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel the order and fees may be charged. If you would like to add to your order, simply call us and place a new order. If you notice an error with your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible.
Refusal of Shipment
If you refuse a shipment, you will be charged for shipping of the product both ways. Some products may require a restocking fee. A refund or store credit will be issued for the difference.
Kiko ships most items from our warehouse. If a product is shipped from other vendors, it usually takes an extra couple days for processing before shipping. If you would like to know if there could be any delays, please call us or use our Contact Page.
